Westview Commons
Developed by Options, Westview Commons is an 18-unit village complex located in Roseburg, OR, and owned by Douglas Housing Alternatives, Inc. Opened in 2002, this affordable housing complex has a resident manager on site. Douglas County Mental Health provides clinical services for residents.

Willows Apartments
The Willows is a 10-unit complex owned by Options Housing Alternatives, Inc., a separate corporation. The Willows offers consumers a combination of affordable housing and an individualized program of support services. The Willows Apartments received the Maxwell Award of Excellence from the national Fannie Mae Foundation, identifying the complex as one of the best low-income housing projects built in 1993.

Blackberry Knoll Apartments
Blackberry Knoll was built in 1996 and is owned by Rubus, Inc., a corporate subsidiary of Options. This 12-unit complex is designed for individuals who are relatively independent, but not yet completely able to live on their own. Individualized skills training and easy staff accessibility help the residents maintain an apartment in the community, often their first successful independent living situation. In 1997, the City of Grants Pass presented Options with an Exemplary Design and Building Practices Award.

Red Oak Manor
Opened in 2000, Red Oak Manor, in Grants Pass, OR, is an 8-unit complex designed for individuals who can maintain an independent lifestyle with only minimal support from off-site mental health staff. Created in partnership with Habitat for Humanity, Red Oak Manor was the first Options complex developed with funding primarily from Oregon's Housing and Community Services Division.

StarThistle Apartments
The StarThistle Apartment complex, located in Ashland, OR, is comprised of eleven 1-bedroom units and one 2-bedroom unit for the resident manager. Opened in 1998, the project is owned by Ashland Housing Opportunities, Inc. The residents of StarThistle receive clinical services through Jackson County Mental Health.
