Bridges to Success

Reaching out to people who are homeless in Josephine County

Options is proud to partner with Josephine County Health and Human Services Department, Choices Counseling Center, and The Union to serve adults who are homeless and have a mental illness, a substance use disorder, or both (also known as co-occurring disorder).

Bridges to Success is funded by SAMHSA, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration of the U.S. government.  The program began in 2005 and has funding for 5 years.

Participants in the Bridges to Success program receive Case Management services to assist them in meeting their life goals in areas such as housing, employment, stable income, clean & sober living, access to medical services, and more. The project is based on consumer self-determination and accessing natural community resources while focusing on individual strengths.
