Case Management
Options uses the Strengths Model of case management for its proven track record of effective, consumer-centered services.
Case managers are primarily concerned with helping people with psychiatric disabilities to recognize and utilize their individual strengths, abilities and potentials, to secure the natural community resources that will help them attain important personal life goals in the domains of employment, education, housing, social support and medical services.
Options' Case Managers proactively coordinate services to increase consumer self reliance, promote community activity and decrease unnecessary and prolonged reliance on mental health services.
