The garden provides 32 plots, available to individuals and nonprofit organizations at a nominal annual fee of $25. The fee covers ongoing expenses such as water and routine maintenance, making the project virtually self-supporting after the initial work was completed. Some of the plots are held as "scholarship" plots. These plots are available at no charge to individuals who agreed to donate a percentage of their produce to agencies who work with hunger.

Many thanks to Elaine Barber, Four Way Foundation, Chandler Pipeline Construction, Barbara Steffey, Master Gardeners, Retired & Senior Volunteer Program, Grower's Market, Barbara Fields, Lynn Atteberry, Chet's, Low Frequency Farms, Greenleaf, Peaceful Hill Nursery, Green Hills Nursery, and Red Bluff Marketplace.
