Crisis Resolution Center
Options Crisis Resolution Center offers a safe, confidential environment for the purpose of treating the individual who is experiencing a psychiatric emergency and may need addiction assessment and treatment. Fully licensed as a Secure Residential Facility, certified as a Non-Hospital Hold and as a Residential Alcohol and Drug Treatment Program by Addiction & Mental Health Division of the State of Oregon. Also recognized by the Addiction & Mental Health Problem Gambling Services Division. |
Services Available Non-Hospital Hold ~ is a state of the art, five bed, secure unit where we are able to begin treatment immediately to stabilize individuals who are a danger to self or others as a result of their mental illness. Commitment hearings are held on-site and we are able to institute 14 day diversions and revocations of trail visits. Crisis Respite ~ is designed to address the individuals’ needs who is experiencing a psychiatric emergency and may have co-occurring disorders. Individual and group therapy as well as didactic education groups, skills training and medication management are utilized in the stabilization process. Families are encouraged to participate in the individual’s recovery. Length of stay on average is 3 to 5 days. |
Addictions Assessment, Treatment and Referrals ~ CRC offers specialized treatment for the individual with co-occurring chemical abuse and dependency as well as Prevention, Education & Treatment for the Compulsive Gambler or their family. Individuals are assessed using ASAM criteria both for admission and discharge. |

NON- HOSPITAL HOLD ELIGIBILITY |
The individual must be 18 years or older, screened by a physician and meet the criteria for and placed on either a Physician’s or Director’s Hold. The following categories of persons are not appropriate for placement in crisis care: 1.Persons in need of seclusion and restraint due to non-compliance or assaultive behavior. |
VOLUNTARY CRISIS UNIT ELIGIBILITY |
The individual must be 18 years or older, severely or chronically mentally ill and in need of temporary crisis care on a voluntary basis. Placement may be made if the following conditions exist:
