Hugo Hills
Hugo Hills is a 10,000 square foot building located north of Grants Pass. In 1995 the facility opened after renovating a 20-year old building originally designed as a nursing home.
The program is designed to serve 15-16 severely and persistently mentally ill adults, who, when discharged from state hospitals, need continued support and structure to integrate back into the community.
Programs offered for residents of Hugo Hills include psychiatric, therapeutic and life skills development services, and we also provide nursing, medication management and coordination of residents medical, dental and vision services.
