- Carry out project plan and vision
- Coordinate task sub-groups
- Several small groups plan, lead and implement in specific task areas (will post list when complete).
- "High level" administrative decision-making; legal issues; budget negotiations.
- Policy leadership and development.
- Link to other policy makers and funders, Options Board of Directors, sub-contractors.
All stakeholders will receive ongoing communication regarding the status of the transition.
