Ongoing Support Groups 

Josephine County Emotional Skills Group

When: Mondays 10:30AM-11:30AM OR 1:30PM-2:30PM

Where: Options Crisis Resolution Center (CRC) Activity Building, 320 SW Ramsey Ave., Grants Pass, OR 97527

Emotional Skills Group is for anyone who would like tools to help address: Mood swings-Depression-Anxiety- Anger-Unhealthy thinking-Unhealthy coping behaviors-Impulsive behavior-relationship problems. You will learn skills that will help you to be calmer and more able to handle your emotions.

Who can attend: Anyone 18 years of age and older can attend. There is a new topic each week.

Entry: No appointment needed, this is an open group.

You many come into the group at any time. You can choose to come multiple times or just once in a while.

Jackson County Seeking Safety Group

When: Tuesdays 4:00 PM-5:30 PM

Where: Barnett Center, 1700 E. Barnett Rd., Medford, OR 97504

Seeking Safety is a co-occurring psychoeducational treatment group for PTSD and substance use disorders. It is informative and skills based to help manage PTSD symptoms and substance use issues. The Seeking Safety Group is co-educational, and as the name suggests, safety within the group itself is a primary focus, as well as learning to be safer outside of group.
